Installation
We ensure that all product is delivered according to schedules and coordinated with the site manager and tradespeople. We verify the product against the delivery ticket with a commitment to clean, repair or replace the damaged product.
Our installers are also MillerKnoll Certified—meaning they completed a series of training programs and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of installation practices. When the product arrives, our installers unpack, stage, and assemble it in compliance with the manufacturer’s standards—and clean the work area.
Once installed, we check the product carefully to make sure it’s level, aligned, and in proper working order.
Reconfiguration
We evaluate your existing office furnishings, your business objectives and create a plan with available products. Our move management program includes office relocation as well as internal reorganizations. We keep records of changes made to floorplans. We offer warehousing, storage, and disposition of surplus furniture.
We are able to reconfigure the majority of furniture lines on the market. When change is necessary for your business, downtime is kept to a minimum and your team is back to work quickly, with minimal disruption.

Warehousing
Avanti Office Products warehouse is insured, alarmed, has video surveillance and climate controlled where we provide receiving, delivery, and short and long term storage services. We offer full warehousing capabilities that include:

Furniture Layouts/CAD Drawings
At Avanti we invest in new technology that can help our client partners. One service we are proud to offer clients is the opportunity to “see” their new workspace in 3D and full colour. Not everyone can visualize what a workstation or even an entire floor plan will look like in 3D from a simple plan view or 2D plan. Our investment in software allows the end user to more fully understand the options that different layouts, panel heights, finishes and storage options will mean to work flow and aesthetics.
